Portugal are very relaxed in their outlook and any Covid-19 restrictions are likely to be minimal and as a general rule the only restrictions in place are masks inside restaurants or shops and no masks outside.

This newly refurbished traditional Portuguese style villa has 3 x bedrooms, 1 Master with double bed and 2 further twin bedrooms. The master bedroom is situated upstairs and benefits from a large modern en-suite bathroom with walk in shower, heating, double sinks and bidet. The master bedroom has private access from the bedroom.
A stunningly romantic setting for those sundown cocktails as well as providing a private sunbathing area with with doors leading directly into the bedroom.

Although only a 10 minute walk down to the beach the villa comes with the benefits of 3 hotel pools just a 2 minute walk from the villa including a large central pool next to the bar, a children's and toddlers pool with lifeguard and a quieter large heated pool set in tropical gardens.

Although the villa enjoys pretty dining experiences such as a traditional Portuguese barbecue and 3 x outdoor sitting and eating areas the resort also has Restaurant Trattoria Oliveira for award winning Italian food including take away Pizza set amidst an ancient olive tree and bougainvillea.

The Caravela Bar is the central snack and cocktail bar which serves light meals, ice creams and snacks throughout the day and is set in an excellent pool side location with waiter service.

The Rabelo restaurant which is also situated pool side offers buffet style cooked English and continental breakfast and a wide variety of buffet style choice food in the evening to suit all family members - excellent for those days when you don't feel like cooking.

There is also an excellent traditional Portuguese family run restaurant on the resort called Escondidinho serving a 3/4 course meal including wine and beer and after dinner brandy for just 13 euros per person.

A wonderful new addition to the resort is the Super Favorita mini market next to the central facilities and an easy short walk from the villa. This stocks fresh local produce as well as brands and offers everything a family would need including suncreams, pool toys, ice cream, newspapers, snacks, bottled water beer wine and spirits and is open from 8am - 9pm in the high season and shorter hours off season.

The villa has 1 x master bedroom and 2 x twin bedrooms, the master bedroom enjoys a sole upstairs position with a modern ensuite bathroom with walk in shower, double sinks, bidet, tumble dryer and heater for the cooler winter months. This bedroom has a large wall mounted TV, with access to all main UK channels as well as access to Netflix, YouTube and more. Leading from the bedroom is a large private terrace with pretty garden views and stunning panoramic sea views, a romantic setting for those sunset cocktails or private sunbathing.

Downstairs there are 2 x very pretty freshly decorated twin rooms with wardrobes, dressing table and twin single beds both both with wall mounted flat screen smart TV’s with access to Netflix, YouTube, Prime etc. with their own modern freshly decorated bathroom.

Leading from the hallway is a large Arabesque style sitting room with modern corner sofa, Portuguese seating, traditional wood burner for winter evenings and pretty dining area overlooking gardens with dual aspect patio doors. High speed wireless broadband is available is available free of charge to guests, the villa also has a large flat screen TV in both the main seating area and also the Master bedroom, with Netflix, Amazon etc and also full access to BBC and ITV, Channel 4 / 5 and kids channels. Local Portuguese TV is also available.

The kitchen is fully renovated and includes a washing machine, electric cooker and hob, large fridge freezer, microwave and all modern facilities and cooking equipment and leads out to an outdoor utility which is very useful for beach toys and drying clothes.
