This modern and welcoming apartment is located in a new and quiet building, with access to a fantastic rooftop pool, perfect for relaxing in the sun.

The space comfortably accommodates up to 3 guests, with one bedroom featuring a double bed and an additional single bed. The bathroom is modern and fully equipped. The bright living room opens onto a private balcony, ideal for enjoying meals outdoors or simply unwinding.

The kitchen is fully equipped with modern appliances and all the utensils you need to prepare meals during your stay. The apartment also offers air conditioning, fast Wi-Fi, and a Smart TV, ensuring comfort and entertainment throughout the year.

Located in a calm area of Lagos, the apartment is just a 2-minute walk from a supermarket, and about 20 to 25 minutes on foot from the beach, the Marina, and the historic center. By car, you can reach these spots in around 5 minutes.

The apartment is fantastic, very recently built so it has all the mod cons and everything you need. Great air conditioning. Washing machine and dryer. Very comfortable beds, everything was spotless. The rooftop pool is the perfect size for some lengths, it feels very luxurious and we had it to ourselves most of the time. Aldi is a 2 minute walk away for groceries. Town is a 20 minute walk. Faultless
