Ocean Front Condo at Playa Lagun with Fabulous View

IT'S ALL ABOUT THE VIEW, not to mention you can't beat the price!
This ocean front condo has beach access within 60 seconds of our door.
It sits approximately 20 feet above sea level and is located less than 12 feet from the waters edge. The view is nothing less than spectacular. An enlarged 1st floor terrace with a roof for shade allows you to enjoy ocean front dining or to just kick back and enjoy the sights and sounds of the ocean. A newly installed shade sail on the spacious 2nd floor terrace provides a beautiful view while allowing for protection from the sun. Granite countertops in kitchen and an enlarged bedroom make this unit unique within the resort. Direct TV with CNN, Disney, Discovery, Nat Geo and many more. Lounge in the pool just outside your back door or walk down the steps to snorkel or dive at Playa Lagun. Two dive shops and two restaurant's are located next to our property with lots of other restaurants within a 10 minute drive. Christoffel National Park and Shete Boca are about 15 minutes away.

The Island of Curacao has many wonders to enjoy. Take in the most beautiful sunset you've ever seen, snorkel before breakfast, dive right from our beach, teach your children to swim or eat at one of the two restaurants located at Playa Lagun. All of this are at your fingertips from the Ocean Condo at Playa Lagoon. The ocean is calm and the sea life is abundant. The climate is warm, yet our trade winds keep you comfortable. Curacao is located outside the hurricane belt next to Aruba in the Caribbean where it never rains for very long.

You are sure to run out of time before running out of things to see and do. We have a full time Resident Manager on site to attend to your needs and ensure a carefree stay. If you are arriving late, let us know and we can arrange to have a small food/drink package waiting for you.

Please take a few minutes to read our reviews. We have owned this unit for more than 13 years and believe our service is what helps make this island paradise your home away from home. We sold a unit in a nearby resort a few years ago and would be happy to share the reasons why we love this location the most.

This was a great location if you want some quiet, choice your day kind of stay. Plenty to do if you have a car or just hang out in the area for some low time. The view was outstanding. The condo has all the comforts nothing fancy just comfortable. We were there for two weeks and were all over the island, but we were glad this was our home base!

Effective Air Conditioning even during the hottest part of the day. The view is by far the star of the show. You look directly onto the lagoon and beach. Plus the sound of the wave splashing against the cliff was a gentle relaxing ambiance adding to the entire experience.

Great view! Was a quiet property with most everything we needed. The check in process could be different as you need to contact ivy who lives across the street on arrival and she lets you in and gives keys. Not a huge inconvenience but could probably use a different method. Although she was nice and welcoming there was a language barrier so just be aware. In all I would definitely recommend to fellow travelers

Die Kommunikation war absolut problemlos und hat uns sehr gut gefallen. Der Blick in die Bucht ist einfach sehr sehr schön. Wir hatten es sehr ruhig und nur einmal für drei Tage Nachbarn. Die ganze Anlage war vielleicht zu 1/3 besetzt und wir hatten unsere Ruhe. Sind fast 700Km über die Insel gefahren. Die Unterkunft ist absolut in Ordnung und ist einfach gehalten und reicht völlig aus und haben uns wohlgefühlt mit den ganzen Leguanen.

Beautiful location

My wife and I greatly enjoyed staying at this property. Beautiful view and adequate furnishings. Full kitchen if you want to do your own cooking, or restaurant just a few steps away if you prefer that. Wonderful location to enjoy both the ocean and the mountains.

We absolutely loved our stay! Condo was great, super quiet and safe gated community with a pool. Two private decks on the cliff overlooking the Lagun beach and ocean! Parking could not have been easier either.Check in was relaxed. Ivy the caretaker on site is very friendly and was at the gate waiting to meet us.Twin beds weren't a big deal for a couple they pushed right up together, or otherwise the full pull out couch was also very comfortable for two. Upstairs bathroom was very nice, decent water pressure, lots of hot water.Plenty of space - kitchen fully stocked and functional. Great for making breakfast and coffee for the sunrise.Me and my wife had a great time for our honeymoon! We highly recommend Curacao as two folks from the states. 100% recommend walking across the street to discover Lagun restaurant instead of the cliff side Bahia restaurant. It's only an extra minute and the food is twice as good!Best beaches to drive to IMHO; Grote Knip, Cas Abao, Playa Porto Marie Thank you!

Relaxing getaway with amazing views

We had a fantastic and relaxing week at Lagun. The condo has amazing views and is so convenient for accessing Playa Lagun to swim and snorkel. The unit is well-equipped and its location on the west side of the island is less busy and in close proximity to the national parks and other amazing beaches.

One word-Perfect

Location, location, location! We absolutely loved our stay at Scott's place. It was perfect for us and the views are stunning. You can eat in or go out. We loved the location... away from the hustle of Willemstad. The pool was steps away. So many different activities and sites to see with in a short drive. Communication was great and the property manager/assistant Ivy was great. Highly recommend! We will be back!

Amazing view and very comfortable stay

This was my second trip to Curacao and I stayed at Scott's both times. I wouldn't stay anywhere else unless it just wasn't available when needed. The ease of check in/out, the friendliness of Scott and the caretaker, the view and proximity to beaches and restraunts, it doesn't get any better in my opinion. We did a lot of snorkeling and a lot of eating on this trip. Just what we needed a very relaxing stay. I highly recommend staying here. Thank you for letting us enjoy your place!

The views from the balcony don't get much better than this! The space was perfect for myself, my husband, and our 8 year old. We enjoyed dinner and breakfast out on the patio, and would go for a morning snorkel every day.

Beautiful stay and wonderful location

Wow. This property is in such a great location, walking distance to the beach, fabulous snorkeling within a few minutes walk. The onsite restaurant is good and there are a few more within 10ish minutes drive. The condo has everything you need to be comfortable - all while enjoying the great view and sound of the waves at night. The A/C works well, but honestly we didn't use it much at all, the breeze kept us cool! The kitchen is updated and we were able to cook a few times as well. If it's open, book it!!

Great place !

This was our 4th time at Lagun which pretty much sums up how we like the location even though it's a 15-16 hour journey from Vancouver. Scott the host was great and Ivy greeted us within seconds of our arrival to let us in. The unit was very clean and updated. Would we stay again.....for sure ! Sad to be home and not snorkelling with the fish.

When I found this listing I thought there has to be something wrong with it, it just looked too good to be true. It was just as described! That view!!! The view from the back porch and balcony is mesmerizing! The only thing I could possibly say could be better would be upgrade the master mattress. Simply Amazing

We had a great stay at this place. The view was perfect. Just below is the beach which is very accessible through the Bahia Resto stairs. Most of the time, we did homecook meals and kitchen is fully equipped. I would definitely recommend this place. It’s worth the bucks.
