“The condo was spacious and had a great view of Manila Bay. It was spacious and could accommodate plenty of people. Free parking is a plus! The caretaker was very helpful when we needed him. The only thing I didn’t like was that the unit leaks when it rains. Also, it didn’t have many utensils and cookware. Overall, the unit was ok.”

“I chose this condo unit considering my sister’s previous experience renting one of the property in KL, I just found out that they had a far better unit than what was given to us. The staff are great and the process of checking in was a breeze. We had a studio type unit with two beds, a small kitchen with a table,sofa, television, refrigerator and gas range. They even have a washing machine. It was outdated but a decent condo unit in my opinion. However, the biggest issue we have is the foul……

“Unit was clean and spacious. But the pillows can use a wash. Lobby of the bldg has an overpowering smell of air freshener. Reception staff was courteous and helpful.”
