「I booked for a hotel but was given an apartment in adjacent tower. Lack of clarity in advertising. The unit is older and smelly, particularly the big cabinet (closet) . The bathroom had a leakage under the sink and water stayed on the tile floor. The bed lines were not freshly clean, appeared not replaced after previous checkout. Only 1 key was provided that was hard for 2 or more guests with different agendas.」

「Great place to stay. The swimming pool is really refreshing on a hot day. Plenty of restaurants of excellent food quality and very clean and safe area」

「We arrived late to check in, but unfortunately we did not receive any email regarding our assigned room. As a result, we experienced delays getting into our room. Additionally, we currently need to request assistance from the security guard every time we need to use the elevator, which has been inconvenient. 」

「I booked for room facing the swimming pool but I didn't get it right. They gave me a room on 17th floor not facing the pool only city view. Room is quiet good and comfy except that no TV remote control provided, no extra bed, lacking kitchen utensils like knife, exhaust in kitchen not working. But the owner is very kind accommodating and responsive. 」

「The location was perfect, steps away from all the shops and restaurants at BGC. The place itself was clean, nice layout, AC worked well, shower water pressure was ok. Overall, I would stay here again if were in Manila.」
