“When I open the towels those rolled on the bed, I found it was still wet, when I open the cupboard and take out the dishes and cup, I found sill water in it, no kettle provided, the fridge is broken, the bathtub is leaking, and there are no staff in the lobby, I stayed there 4 days but none come to clean the room, I should go to supermarket to buy towel, slipper and garbage bag,......”

“Please note that a cleaning fee will be requested upon check-in. It also would have been helpful to have soap available for handwashing, as I arrived at midnight and needed to go to a nearby convenience store to purchase one. The room is acceptable, though it is older and different from the one shown in the photos. In terms of cleanliness, dust, strands of hair in various areas, and a few cockroaches. The furniture also appears quite worn, with noticeable scratches, cracks, and chips, and may……

“I really like this place! The room is clean and beautiful, and the housekeeper responds in time. I enjoyed the superb night view on the balcony, and I will definitely come again!”

“We did not take advantage of the amenities because through our stay we were out and about. What stood out is the night skyline. What’s most convenient is every thing is walkable from the SM Aura Mall to the BGC shops just a few blocks away. What’s best though is the unit staff from the security guards to the front desk. They make sure you were greeted warmly no matter what time of day. Lastly Tom and his staff are very accommodating and helpful to our needs like taking our luggage’s before check……

“This unit is infested with reaches. They had to move us to a different unit. Hopefully, they do something about it. Other than that, the unit is nice and cozy. ”

“Great place to stay for a quick getaway from Manila. Property has all kinds of amenities from swimming pool, bowling alley, basketball courts etc to keep you busy. Keep in mind there are fees to use them if your only renting the place for awhile and you're not an owner. But fees are reasonable. Staff are friendly and eager to help. Nice restaurant on the 4th floor with reasonable prices and tastes good.Overall i would come back again.”

“Conveniently located near Mall of Asia (20 min walking or a short Grab ride) and the airport (Grab ride- T1), our stay at Shore Residences was comfortable and accessible. The unit and the lobby were very clean and smelled good. The unit has all the amenities like hot water in the shower, kitchen utensils, fridge, microwave, kettle, and the A/C was cold. The host was very responsive and prepared the pass and check in instructions in advance for us. Use of pool and the gym had extra charges……

“There were shops nearby and grocery right next to the hotel. Overall wasn’t a bad place but wouldn’t recommend it to anyone. ”
