"Seda BGC did not disappoint. All the staff are very professional. I’m sorry but I did not get his name (Armando or Amado) from the security staff downstairs was so very nice and thoughtful, we are holding my son’s suit when he saw us and immediately grab a hanger so we can easily transport the suit without wrinkles. It’s really the little things that means a lot. Thank you! Everyone made our stay super comfortable and fun. FYI…the brunch is excellent!"

"Absolutely loved everything about our stay at Conrad Manila! From the moment we arrived, the service was top-notch—definitely 5 stars. The staff were welcoming, attentive, and went above and beyond to make our visit special. The room was beautiful, spacious, and perfectly designed to take in the stunning sunset views through the large windows. Truly a treat to unwind and soak in the skyline at dusk. We enjoyed every meal—the food was amazing, flavorful, and artfully presented. The car service was a great added touch, making it super easy to get around. And we loved the convenient entrance to the mall—perfect for shopping or a quick coffee break without leaving the hotel grounds.
