“The listing advertised accommodations including one queen bed, three double beds, one sofa bed, and one single bed. However, upon arrival, the unit only had one queen bed, one single bed, a sofa bed, and an extra mattress placed on the floor. This is a significant discrepancy from what was advertised and materially affected our stay.
In addition, the condition of the condominium was unacceptable. The unit was not properly cleaned, and we encountered roaches and other bugs in multiple areas,……
