「Very safe if that is what you are looking for, controlled access in and out of the parking lot and to the rooms. My biggest complaint is the bed is on rollers on laminate, it constantly shifted around. This is an easy fix, just put the wheels on coasters for guest comfort. Also no fridge or microwave. I've stayed in many bargain places that do provide this. Also, one of the end tables had gang grafitti etched into it. 」

「Went to a concert and made arrangements for an uber ride and a stay to play it safe. Place was ghetto, room was dirty refrigerator made a loud sound from time to time and there was no way we were going to sleep well. Talked to the front desk and told him about the situation and was asking for a refund or partial refund and he said he would talk to his manager. We left and drove home to get decent sleep. Later on that night spoke with him and i was informed that i was not going to get a refund...

「Perfect for our needs. Be in a camping mindset. We brought a cooler full of food and a small Keurig coffee maker. There was so much room, we could have set up a small table and folding chairs. The room had a small refrigerator and a small microwave. Yes, it's directly under Disney fireworks, but that wasn't an issue for us. We just parked at the hotel, and walked to Disney parking garage, then caught the tram to the front gate of the park.」

「Room was cute and worked for our night stay. Beautiful view of the beach from the deck. Patio furniture could use a good cleaning. Did not have a top sheet on either bed, which was strange. And the parking is very tight. It’s in a very walkable location. 」
