The location of the hotel was amazing. Right next to Kaanapali Beach. Too rocky right outside the hotel but access to great beaches further south. Unit was comfortable and had the amenities we needed for our stay. There were just enough dishes and the concierge helped us replace anything that was missing. The maintenance men were absolutely fantastic. They were kind, efficient, and very prompt for all our needs even replacing a faulty doorknob for us after we locked ourselves out of our bedroom. The hotel grounds were well manicured and maintained including the two pools and hot tubs and a tropical garden. We enjoyed our time immensely and would return again.

Rating Details: The property manager was more than helpful. The vacation rental was very clean. I was happy with the location. I was somewhat dissatisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: No extras here. Very basic. No beach gear. Not much kitchen stuff. Microwave and toaster cant be used at the same time or the fuse will blow. Have to pay for resort fee and didn’t use any of the “benefits”. It claims ocean view but that’s only from one side of the lanai. If you like cornhole you will hate it after you leave. It is right outside of the unit and the thump was heard from 6:45am until after 11:00pm. They don’t ever remove the bags
