Wonderful 2BR/ 2BA Oceanview Condo

UPDATED 6/1/23 We have updated our condo. ALL NEW FURNITURE in living room (new pull out sofa sleeper couch, new side chair, table and area rug) and patio (new patio table, chairs and lounger). BRAND NEW CARPETS for bedrooms. Just installed New washer/dryer and dishwasher. New mattresses will be delivered by 6/15/23. Old textured (popcorn) ceiling has been removed.

This gorgeous two bed and two full bath ocean view condominium unit is offered by Quad Wave Properties. Our unit is located on the seventh of nine floors and attractively furnished with a full kitchen, a flat panel TV & sofa/bed in the living room, washer & dryer and a private lanai with a stunning ocean view. Remodeled kitchen and bathrooms.

The unit, the resort and the Maui location are perfect for a romantic getaway, a relaxed vacation and a family trip.

Kaanapali Shores is a beautiful beachfront 400-plus unit condominium resort complex located on the northern end of Kaanapali Beach, which is considered one of the world's best. Kaanapali Shores offers numerous accommodations such as swimming pools, tennis courts, a fitness/massage center, spa tub, restaurants, shops, waterfalls, flower gardens and a beautiful beach. The resort is near several championship golf courses, many attractions, entertainment and indoor/outdoor malls. Sailing, snorkeling, boat excursions, kayaking, luaus, surfing lessons, water equipment rentals and all activities are nearby.

The condo units at Kaanapali Shores are owned by individuals and many are rented out either through a management company such as Aston or by the owners themselves. Our unit is rented out by its owners, which means big savings passed on to you. Check out Aston's website yourself and compare the savings you get with us. The accommodations are practically identical and you save hundreds.

Incredible stay!

We had such a wonderful stay - two kids under 10, two adults - we were so comfortable with two bedrooms and two bathrooms, and having the kitchen for easy breakfasts was a godsend. The views of the water were beautiful, and we had such a relaxing time visiting different beaches during the day and swimming in the hotel pool in the afternoon. The location was perfect, bonus that the food trucks were right next door. We would definitely stay here again!

Great Place

We enjoyed our stay! The beds were comfortable and the view was great. We had a couple issues but after contacting the owner everything was taken care of. This place worked great for us and our friends!

Whale season - feb

Has a wonderful stay feb 10-24. Property super clean. Wonderful pool and restaurant. Great location to everywhere in Kaanapali. Wonderful communication for hosts. Highly recommend!

Nice condo with a great pool

Our family of 6 enjoyed the stay in this condo. There were a few things that were missing from the kitchen, like tongs and a can opener, but overall nicely stocked and comfortable. The pool was a hit for our kids (ages 6-17) and it was nice to have a few pool noodles and sand toys to tote with us for day trips. There were also 2 boogie boards and 2 sets of fins for use in the closet. The location made for an easy walk to a food truck spot, a few restaurants a grocery store and an ABC store.

5 nights. Cooked in a lot, which was our choice. Very functional kitchen. Nice view of the ocean and the island from the 7th floor deck. Easy to spot the whales. Two nice pools, bar and restaurant with beautiful view of the ocean. Yeah, I would come back here.

Clean and Comfortable

The condo was clean and quiet! Furnishings seemed to be new. Beds were very comfortable and ocean view from the lanai was very nice! I had lost instructions on getting into the condo but owner resent email to me right away! Some confusion with door keys as there was supposed to be 2 keys on kitchen counter. Cleaning company called me next day to let me know where the key was but there was only one key, not two. We had a wonderful week celebrating our granddaughter's graduation and we would definitely stay here again!

Excellent property

Our stay was significantly different than anyone else that has reviewed this property. We had 2 nights and 1 full day on property before we were displaced due to the west Maui wildfires. The owners were incredibly communicative before and during our time in Maui. When we checked in, we found that the condo was extremely clean with new and very comfortable furniture, beds/mattresses and outdoor patio furniture. New carpet in bedrooms and new linens/towels. The kitchen appliances were all excellent and we had everything we needed in the kitchen to prepare and cook meals. The condo itself was very comfortable. The resort was lovely-beautiful pools, grounds and beach. This unit was close to everything at the resort but there was also some privacy which was nice. Everyone at the resort was pleasant and helpful. Prior reviews stated loud construction. There was construction while we were there but it did not affect us and the lanai was open and available (also brand new- with new furniture). On the day of the tragic wildfire we were off resort hiking and could not get back into the area. The owners were extremely communicative, responsive, helpful and kind. We would absolutely stay at this property again if we had the chance. We cannot say enough about the owners communication and helpfulness before our check in and absolutely during the remainder of the week when we were displaced before we were evacuated off the island.

The condo was fantastic. Parking is easy and safe with an attendant watching over who enters and exits. Best part of this place is the food truck village is literally right next to it.

Beautiful resort and location

The resort itself, pools, and beach are beautiful. Very convenient location to shops and restaurants across the street. The room itself was spacious but a bit tired and not as clean as we’d expect. The lanai was beautiful, though we were unable to use it as two pigeons wouldn’t leave it despite our best efforts to scare them off, and it was covered in pigeon droppings. We communicated this to the manager who replied promptly and offered a discount which we appreciated. Overall we enjoyed our stay in Kaanapali.

Great spot, gorgeous view

Condo was nice overall and in a great resort with any amenity you could want. Kanapaali is a great spot for snorkeling and diving. Condo needs maintenance. Stinky sink, disposal didn’t work. But great host who communicated quickly and was helpful. We’d stay again.

Wonderfully located and beautiful resort feeling!

Great stay in a beautiful location. The condos view is not as great as the pics. It’s a partial view overlooking a parking lot. As this is a resort, the checkin process at the reception desk was awful. They treat any of their guests staying in a rental as if they don’t matter. My family was yelled at for taking too long and refused to be given a cart as this was for the resort vacationers only to unload our luggage and groceries from a Costco run. When we asked if they could lend us a cart

Great location & place, just as advertised

This condo has a great location and was very comfortable for a family of 5 (adults and teens). Views were spectacular and the resort was well maintained (although it could use some updating). Beach is small but Kaanapali Beach is only 5 minutes down the road. Only recommendations is to add extra pillows and blankets for the beds and pull out sofa. Would definitely stay here again.

Great location

We enjoyed staying in this condo very much with our two teens 14 and 16. Everything was clean and there were plenty of dishes etc. The only downside we’re the beds and pillows. They were so hard and the pillows were as well. Otherwise we enjoyed Kaanapali Shores very much!
