Sehr schönes, neu eingerichtetes Appartement (Nr. 3) mit nettem Balkon und schönem Blick aufs Meer. Bequemes Bett, prima Küche und sehr schickes Bad. Auch die Poolanlage mit Liegestühlen ist sehr positiv hervorzuheben. Parkplätze standen neben der Anlage zur Verfügung. Ich habe mich total wohlgefühlt und kann die Anlage sehr empfehlen.

Un bon rapport qualité prix pour cet appartement avec 2 chambres. Il est plus vieillot qu’en photo et manque d’un petit coup de neuf. Il faudrait aussi quelque chose pour faire sécher les serviettes et du chauffage dans la salle de bain. Attention literie très ferme. La vue sur Pico est magnifique. Jolie petite piscine propre mais trop froide en mai. Le petit déjeuner buffet inclus était très bien avec des produits locaux. Bien situé pour visiter l’île magnifique de Pico !

Eine sehr tolle, moderne Unterkunft, gut gelegen und sehr sauber. Nr 4 mit Whirlpool im Zimmer war extrem cool. Können wir sehr empfehlen. Auch das Frühstücksbuffet war gut.

Die Aussicht und Lage nahe Lajes waren super. Die Apartments sind schön und modern, allerdings gibt es keine gute Isolierung gegen Geräusche von draußen. Da dort eine Baustelle in der Nähe ist, war es morgens und tagsüber recht laut.

Nous avons loué la suite "lune de miel" en Avril. L'etablissement est tres propre. La suite est grande et agreable avec son grand lit confortable et sa baie vitrée qui apporte une belle luminosité et une belle vue sur l'ocean. La baignoire balneo est super! Il y a un parking pour se garer facilement. Le petit dejeuner est simple mais correct avec des produits locaux: confiture, fromage... La femme de menage est presente tous les matins si besoin. Points à ameliorer: Les baies vitrées ne ferment pas bien. Meme si Pico semble être une île sans criminalité, c'est un peu embetant. Il n'y a pas de cafetiere dans la cuisine, seulement une bouilloire. Un salin de jardin sur la terrasse aurait été un plus. Nous recommendons cet etablissement.

To call this a 3-star hotel is a scam. We had the economy bedroom in the basement but entering there was a strong smell of mold, the bathroom had fallen off paint, mold and the humidity has nearly destroyed all furniture. You could hear everything happening outside or next to you because the walls were thin. We had many small centipedes in our room and we were happy to leave. The breakfast was very simple, but for example the cheese and ham without cooling, every day a fly flew into the jar of juice and it wasn’t anymore pleasant at all. The breakfast room though was nice and a parking lot right beside the building. The basement should really not be rented at all. If those rooms already have mold, it’s also the buildings substance and I wouldn’t stay there. I felt very disappointed because of the lack of care and wouldn’t even call this a hotel. Looking at the reviews on Google Maps I wasn’t the only one with this unfortunate stay.

The place was nice and big enough for the 2 of us. The bed/mattress was bad/warn mattress. There were a lot, and I mean a lot, of bugs in the bathroom, especially in the evening they came out. Hopefully the accommodation is able to do something about that.

Es gibt ein gutes Restaurant in der Laufweite. Die Anlage ist schön gestaltet. Die Einrichtung ist sehr umfänglich, jedoch könnte in der Küche Essig, Öl und Salz nicht schaden. Leider klemmte die Badtür, dauernd kläffte ein Hund und das Frühstück war nicht zu ertragen, so das wir es nach dem 1. Tag ignorieren und im Nachbarort eine Kaffee aufsuchten. (Instandkaffee, leere Saftkarafen und ein undefinierbarer 0% Joghurt). Im Zimmer fiel der Putz von den Wänden und die Jalousien waren teilweise abgebrochen und funktionierten nicht mehr richtig.

It has nice ocean views and the property was well maintained and very clean. The property manager only communicated when she wanted funds because of a late check in (we were going to pay cash on arrival). Once the funds were received we had to reach out multiple times while flying all day to obtain check in details. Upon arrival we had to leave sensitive information on a desk and weren’t able to ask about late check out. There was no one around except the cleaning staff.

Wir hatten ein Zimmer für 3 Tage gebucht für 168€ und dann der Schock, kein Fenster! Für mich nicht vertretbar (in Matera/Italien ok, da es eine Höhlenwohnung war). Wir haben dann 87€ zugezahlt und ein großes Zimmer mit Balkon bekommen! Zimmer super und alles perfekt. Eine Ablage (kleines Bord) am Bett für den 2.Schläfer wäre gut. Mehr Haken im Bad für Handtücher. Die Außenbeleuchtung sollte Abends wenigstens bis 22 Uhr an sein, vielleicht besser Bewegungsmelder. Eine kleine Markise über dem Terassenfenster wäre gut und Pollhandtücher!

Apartamento espaçoso mas com pouca privacidade. A persiana elétrica tem que se baixar até ao chão para não se ver da rua. Cama confortável mas muito encostada à parede. A agua quente demora mais de cinco minutos a chegar. Não sei se não seria melhor repensarem e colocar um termoacumulador em cada quarto/apartamento. Assim é gastar agua e mais agua para nada. Pequeno almoço básico, mesmo só o essencial. Nem uns ovos mexidos sequer, Pedimos mas disseram que não faziam. Pelo preço igual aos hotéis de 4**** deviam ter mais variedade. Não ter recepção a funcionar também é um conceito que não gostei, até porque um dos cofres onde está a chave, não abria com o código que disseram, e a senhora teve que se deslocar lá.

Opzich een goed verblijf, echter doen de foto's wat mooier voor dan de orginele staat. Wel is alles schoon. Het ontbreekt in de basis benodigheden als een kapstok/kast om iets op te hangen, een fatsoenlijke afwasborstel en theedoeken om de afwas te kunnen doen etc. De honeymoon suite heeft een prachtige Jacuzzi, helaas was deze tijdens ons verblijf kapot. Hier kregen we op verzoek wel korting voor. Vanuit de accomodatie werd er niet naar oplossingen gekeken. Receptie is vrij weinig aanwezig, wel goed telefonisch bereikbaar. Ontbijt is minimaal, kan gevarieerder. Het zwembad en de faciliteiten buiten waren heel fijn!

Eigentlich sehr gut, aber leider eine Reihe ärgerlicher und vermeidbarer Einschränkungen. So ist die Rezeption beim Check-in trotz der ohnehin bereits stark eingeschränkten Zeiten nicht besetzt. Im Zimmer, welches sich aufgrund der ungünstigen Fensterkonstellation aufwärmt, fehlt eine Klimaanlage. Genauso wie Badeschaum und Shampoo und das trotz des wirklich tollen Whirlpools im Zimmer. Und auch das Frühstück ist alles andere als abwechslungsreich, eine Sorte Wurst und Käse, keine Gurke oder Tomate und nicht einmal ein Frühstücksei…
