「Excellent management of the property. Superb communication. Very courteous. Great views and in a pretty and quiet neighborhood」

「Very nice house for a small family! Close to everything!」

「Exterior: Parking spaces were spacious. Location was excellent. A convenient store was just a few houses down from us. Distance to Legoland was only only 10 minutes away. The property is on a lake, but would have been nice to have better visibility from the back-facing bedrooms. The view would’ve been spectacular if the shrubs adjacent to the lake were trimmed.Interior: Washer and dryer worked well. AC worked wonderfully. Bedding was very clean and comfortable. The bathrooms were very clean. The...

「Great cozy spot for a family right down the streete Legoland. We would definitely stay again. The fully loaded kitchen was nice and it has a quaint backyard.」

「Pedro was responsive to quickly and kindly agreed to let us check in early. The property overall is as pictured. It is part of a duplex and the neighbors got a little loud in the middle of the night. The couches are NOT as pictured. They were dirty, stained and not usable. We were only there 2 nights and really just needed a place to sleep, so I would rate this property as ok. I personally would not return for the reasons listed above.」

「We loved this place! It was perfect for all of us! It was nice and clean as well!」

「This a very quite, peaceful property. It is in a great area. I would definitely recommend it.」

「Nice house, but not all the ceiling fans worked, and most of the night stands lights did not work/ was not plugged in and we could not find plugs. 」

「Great place for the money 」

「The place was very nicely kept, clean, and comfortable throughout my stay. It had a welcoming feel and was overall a great place to relax. The only downside was the lack of access to basic cleaning tools like a broom, as well as no washer and dryer available, which would have made the stay more convenient—especially for longer visits. Overall, I enjoyed my stay and would consider booking again, but having those amenities would definitely improve the experience.」

「Great property!」

「Great place to stay on a beautiful lake.」

「I traveled with 4 of my friends, all women, and our stay in this lovely house was grand. We had plenty of room and we enjoyed ourselves so much. We found the house spotless and with all the items one might need while away from home. If you are looking for a great place to stay in the Winter Haven region, you owe it to yourself to give this place a good look. I highly recommend this place. We loved our stay there and would absolutely book again. Thank you, Rick, for your kindness and attention...

「Great location」

「This home exceeded our expectations. It was exactly as described, clean, spacious, comfortable, and ideal for our group of 7 adults and 1 teen. The host was outstanding, with excellent communication before and during, and even after our stay. We were in town for a wedding and the house was close to a lake, Publix and all the places we needed to be. We also left a dress shirt behind and host was great about getting in touch with me and making sure she got it back to us. Everything went smoothly,...
