The inviting stone fireplace offers a cozy focal point, perfect for curling up on the plush sofa or love seat while enjoying a movie on the smart TV. The open-concept design flows seamlessly into the dining area, where a table for six invites you to gather for memorable, home-cooked meals. Prepare your meals for the family in the fully equipped kitchen, designed with both function and style in mind, featuring sleek stainless-steel appliances, crisp white cabinets, and convenient counter seating for four. Bedroom #3 is an open loft that includes two queen size beds, a full-size bed, and an ensuite bathroom with a single vanity and a walk-in shower.
This home also includes two full bathrooms; one with a single vanity and a walk-in shower, another with a single vanity and a shower/tub combo.
THINGS TO NOTE:
• Per City and County ordinances, guests must sign the Good Neighbor Policy and provide a valid government-issued ID before check-in. This policy covers noise, occupancy, parking, and trash. Failure to comply will result in reservation cancellation without a refund.
• Washer and dryer in home, located in the garage.
• Driveway and garage parking available for 2 vehicles.
• Stairs required.
• This home is equipped with four (4) external security cameras; (1) located above the garage door and actively monitoring the driveway, (2) located at the front door and actively monitoring the front porch, (3) located on the front deck and actively monitoring the deck, (4) located on the side deck and actively monitoring the deck.
• All requests for late checkout must be received no later than 10:00 AM local time on the day prior to your departure. Early check-in and late checkout are based on availability and require approval, and may be subject to an additional fee of $30.00 per hour. Please feel free to contact us if you are interested in arranging.
• Local ordinances require us to collect the Good Neighbor form along with a photo ID from reservation holder.
• There is a $35 per pet, per night for pets, max of 2 for any pet friendly homes.
