Great Property & Location

The location is central to many family-friendly places, and the house is really cute. There were some minor things that needed some maintenance. (Two dining room chairs had loose legs, and one collapsed when my daughter sat in it. The coating on the tub was peeling, so we had to buy a bath mat so the cracks and breaks wouldn't cut our feet.) The kids loved the wi-fi and access to TVs in their rooms.

Birthday weekend getaway!

Went for a fun birthday weekend of gambling and this was the perfect size house for 5-6 adults. Check in was easy, location was great for the casinos, and overall the house was super cozy! Will definitely stay here again!

Convenient, quiet, comfortable.

This property was clean and roomy. Perfect for 3 adults with room to fit more. The neighborhood was very quiet and low traffic. Location is close to everything: restaurants, McNeese Univ., and casinos. I would definitely stay again.

The location of this property was perfect. Many of the places we visited were within a 10 mile radius. Check in and communication with the host were quick and easy.Regarding cleanliness and maintenence. The flooring in the living room is very unstable. The bathroom tub is peeling. There was a hole in one of the bed sheets and a shoe print on a towel. With a little TLC and attention this would be the perfect property.

The best weekend ever

This place was amazing…. My favorite human and me needed time for ourselves. We chose this place and will now be our go to for our next trip away. The place was beautiful and so cozy, homey and clean. Loved every minute being there.

This picture doesn't show what this property really looks like. To the left of the steps had a board hanging, the yard was not cut, siding was fallen of the side of the house, mold all over the outside of the house. I should have taken pictures, but I didn't. House is really bad especially for the price. I would not recommend this property to anyone. The picture posted is not what you get.

Close to entertainment and comfortable

Couldn't have asked for anything better. Very clean. Beds were as comfortable as mine at home. Kitchen and bathrooms well equipped . Quite neighborhood yet close to excellent restaurants. Enjoyed sitting on the front porch in the evenings . Close enough to the waterfront to walk. Host very helpful with my questions. Looking forward to our next visit.

The outside was in very bad condition. The American flag was a disgrace being torn bedraggled! The mattresses inside stained as well as the pillows. The floors are warped and felt like you might fall through. There is an oil stain in the hall and bathroom by the master bedroom. I guess oil not sure. The steps in the back rotting no rail and the back is muddy. There was a big brush pile preventing parking the second car. The front steps green algae all over. The good part is the kitchen and it looks like someone has tried to remodel the interior but the foundation should be repaired before putting in new flooring. The kitchen well equipped. I am uploading photos.

Best Communication

This stay was unique. We arrived in Lake Charles during an unprecedented deep freeze in the area. Many places were without water and had busted pipes including this house unfortunately. The property manager was quick to notify us the day before check in that this house had busted pipes and offered us to stay at a much larger house and much more expensive house for the same rate. The day we checked in, Brandi was quick to answer all questions and solve any problem. The house was renovated, clean and well stocked. She also came by to check on things herself. What an amazing host!

Beautiful & comfortable

My boyfriend and I stayed here when I came to visit and it’s so nice and comfortable. Felt like we could easily relax as if it were our own home. Great communication with the owner ☺️
