YOUR PEACEFUL ACADIAN RETREAT is waiting for you!! Welcome to your lake front dream rental in the Historic Old Settlement community! Here you will be a short 15-minute drive from all Lake Charles amenities yet enjoy the peacefulness of this luxurious escape. Down the bricked driveway you will find this 2 story, 4 bedroom, 3.5 bath home on approximately 1.21 acres. This home comes with approximately 35 ft of waterfrontage featuring stunning oak trees. Enjoy all its character from its historic grand oak trees, ship lapping throughout, gorgeous hard wood floors, and floor to ceiling windows that offer tons of natural light and views of the lake. Downtime away from ballpark

We Stayed here during our boys baseball World Series. It was nice to get some down time away from everything in between games. Plenty of room and very clean.

Book Club Retreat

Plenty of room for five women to eat, sleep, visit, play games. We spent most of the weekend on the front porch gazing out over Big Lake. Property owner was very responsive when we hit a snag. Overall, a great weekend at a beautiful property.
