「The place was beautiful but my room had the worst view. All I was able to see was black top roof and pvc pipes. Getting to and from the room was challenging. Construction on 1St floor and elevator needs TLC. They needed to close the wing completely. I will not come back. Even if they pay me!!!」

「One of the worst travel experiences I’ve ever had. The property relies on nothing more than a keypad lock, which felt incredibly insecure since anyone with the code could potentially gain access. To make matters worse, the host changed the entry code without notifying me. There was no way to contact anyone for help, leaving me stranded outside in the rain for hours. 「The hotel was being taken over by new owners, The TV's did not work, no cable of any kind! Pool was not open at all as well it was in a state of disrepair! Also they had issues with wi-fi and internet access! the whole time we were there coffee machine did not work well as well! Although we had a million dollar view of lake Saranac and the mountains, lots of parking and close to other amenities! Bed's were comfortable, I'm sure at some point they will work out those issues and I was told...

「The location was perfect! Close to all the attractions but a nice quiet location. Loved being by able to walk to the Whiteface Ski Resort. The view from the room was stunning. Our room could use a little updating but for the price it couldn’t be beat! The owners are wonderful! Always available and very friendly and welcoming. The room was very clean and we felt very comfortable there! We will definitely go back.」
