「Charlene is a wonderful hostess and she made me comfortable. Room was immaculate and very comfortable. I stayed a night and had a comfortable stay. Charlene really went above and beyond in ensuing that I was comfortable. Weather was bad and snowy in some parts of alberni but I had a comfortable stay here .
