"We stayed at Samantha's cozy cabin with my husband and our dog while visiting family in Broadalbin, and we absolutely loved it! The cabin was spotless, warm, and so inviting- even with freezing temperatures outside. You can really tell how much thought and care went into making the space feel special.The fully fenced yard was a huge plus for traveling with our dog and made the stay even more relaxing.It was the perfect couple's getaway. We're already looking forward to coming back during the warmer season!Thank you, Samantha, for being such a wonderful host. We can't wait to return!"

Can’t say enough good things about the entire house and property… The smart home features for the TV, lights and climate control can be a slight challenge at times to deal with but the staff were more than happy to help us every step of the way on the phone and in person to make our stay beyond enjoyable."

"My family stayed here for a long weekend in October. There is a lakefront area directly across the street which is exclusive to the property. The views are beautiful and lake access is extremely easy. Beautiful scenery with the leaves changing! We enjoyed the outdoor fire pit and the small patio in front. The home is recently renovated and everything is brand new and clean. My kids enjoyed the foosball table! Our host was very accommodating and helpful. I definitely recommend heading up to Auger Falls for a hike. We would love to visit again! "

"This was a very nice new construction home for my wife and I. The home was very neat, clean and well stocked for a rental with all the basics. The one thing that we suspected from the pictures was confirmed when we arrive; this is a studio layout. By that I mean the one bed is located in the living room and open to kitchen and front foyer. For a couple, this should be good. For a family of 4 or more looking for a little more defined sleeping areas, this might not work. Only other thing I will point out is that Uber on more than one occasion had trouble pinpointing to this home. It got the drivers within a couple of houses, but on more than one occasion, I found our driver and/ or food at another home close by. Again, beautiful home and larger lot with mature trees, just be aware of the sleeping accommodations if that is a deal breaker for you. "

"We had a great stay and would highly recommend it to others. The cabin was cozy and clean and had a wonderful view of the lake. The firepit was perfect for our nightly bonfires and plenty of wood was provided. The deck was spacious and we loved having our meals overlooking the lake. We used the kayacks provided and fished off the docks. The sunsets were beautiful, what a view. We can't say enough nice things about Henry and Leigh, they were gracious hosts and went above and beyond to make sure we had a great time. We will definitely be returning and would highly recommend all who want a simple getaway. "
