Beautiful, Cozy, All-Seasons Mountain/Lake Townhome

Welcome to our all-seasons mountain/lake townhome in the Blue Heron Community at Big Boulder Lake! Enjoy a cozy cabin feel with recent upgrades. The townhome sleeps 8-10 with a queen bed downstairs, a queen bed upstairs, 2 sets of bunk beds with full beds on the bottom and twin beds on the top. The downstairs bathroom has recently renovated double sink marble vanity.

The townhome has a wood burning fireplace and a rear deck that offers wooded views, a gas grill and deck furniture. The upstairs bedroom has a balcony with seating as well. The kitchen is equipped with new stainless-steel appliances, as well as both a Keurig and traditional coffeemaker, an electric tea kettle, and cooking supplies. There is a new large sectional to comfortably seat guests that faces a new wall mounted flatscreen TV above the fireplace.

In the winter, ski, snowboard, or snow tube at Big Boulder Mountain that is conveniently located right in the community. Lift tickets include the use of Jack Frost Mountain as well, located 20 minutes away. Or try out camelback, which is a 25-minute drive.

In the summer, walk down to the lake and enjoy the Boulder Lake Club, which includes a lake with beach area and boat rentals, a heated community pool, tennis courts, and volleyball courts. Walk next door to have lunch or dinner at the Boulder View Tavern that has seating with a lakeview and live music on the weekends.

Just minutes away from the townhouse is Lake Harmony, where you will find more dining options. Louie’s Prime Steakhouse, Nick’s Lake House, Shennanigans, Piggy’s, Terra Cotta Café, Bistro Fusion, Lake View Tavern to name a few.

• Boulder Lake Club is a private club located in beautiful Lake Harmony, Pennsylvania. The lake and heated pool club in our private community is open from Memorial Day through Labor Day each year. **4 guest passes will be provided to week-long renters upon request.
• Heated pool, beach, tennis, bocce ball and more
• In the summer, you can rent paddle boards, pontoon boats, kayaks, pedal boats & more at the club.
There is no Air Conditioning in this house, but there are 3-speed oscillating fans in every bedroom, as well as ceiling fans.
This property does supply linens and towels.
