“The front desk staff was not the friendliest. While doung check in she was on a facetime time call, which for privacy reasons i dont think was ideal.
The pool has a sign that literally says to ask the front desk for towels which I did, since I took my kids swimming, front desk response was "Were there no towels in your room?" I responded by telling her there were but I wasnt planning on bringing those to the pool if they were for the room.
