Great home base for visit to western NC

House is a great size and we loved the fireplace and deck. Kitchen can be challenging (low/high values are worn off the stove top knobs and the alloy frying pans are difficult to clean). Overall, great place for a large gathering.

A Breath of Fresh Air

Literally and figuratively, our stay was a breath of fresh air. We had four days of renewal and fellowship with our son and grandson in your upper unit. The mountain air, the beauty of Lake Junaluska, hikes and bike rides along with good food from local restaurants lifted our spirits. Thank you a wonderful stay.

Chapel bells

The chapel bells add to the character of this dated rental property. Location is the positive quality here. It sure could use some safer furniture that doesn’t collapse under you!

Great location with a great view

This house had lots of room and was in a great location on the Lake Junaluska campus. The pictures for the upper didn't show the room with the two doubled but they were located downstairs with a full bathroom. The kitchen was good with everything we needed except the microwave didn't heat up. Would rent this one again.
