It was equipped with anything we could have needed, property was clean, house was cozy, WiFi and all TV worked well, laundry facilities worked well, we were very pleased! The only minor complaint we had was that the neighbor spent most of Saturday doing yard work and outdoor projects, it was very loud but otherwise we were very pleased."

"Very Clean, well appointed, appliances worked, bed was comfortable, GPS and directions accurate. Remote, quiet (except for faint traffic noise) lots of birdsongs and Mountain views. Highly recommend it if you desire a quiet getaway. (About 10 miles from downtown Sylva on steep gravel road. I strongly suggest arriving in daylight)."

"This was a fantastic place to gather with my friends. We are in our 50s. We love to sit on a porch enjoying wine, tasty snacks, and fantastic views. This location was perfect! The kitchen had everything we needed. There were lots of places to sit inside and out. And the views were magnificent. In addition, the barn with corn hole and darts was so much fun! It has made it to the list of favorite rentals for our get togethers!"

Try Martinelli's pizza and Doc Brown's BBQ. all a few minutes away."
