「We loved this cottage! Perfect for us and our dog. We were able to walk out the front door to the sidewalk and walk daily! Convenient to everything. We especially enjoyed the porch in the evenings. Can’t wait to go back! Exactly as described. The host Patrick was great to communicate with. 」

「We really liked our stay. Great location, quiet, great yard, loved sitting on the front porch ln the evening. We stayed two weeks. I would recommend it except for the bathroom. Too small. The door could only open half way before bumping into the toilet, and the bathtub/shower space was made even smaller by a soap rack at shoulder level that stuck out from the wall. Except for that everything was good. 」

「We had a very nice stay on this beautiful property. We enjoy relaxing out on the deck with beautiful view of the Smokey Mountains. The kitchen and house was stock nicely with everything that we needed. The hosts were very easy to communicate with. This rental was everything we wanted and more. Perfect place for a family or friends get together. We would highly recommend it and with it being out of town it was still a short hop skip and a jump into West Asheville.」

「Easy drive to house. No steep hills Nice flat driveway. Nice quiet area. Close to many activities. Just a 40-minute drive to Asheville and 40 minutes to Smoky Mountain National Park. 」
