「Great location, conveniently located between Leland and Suttons Bay. Large rooms with all the amenities. 」

「We loved the location of these units, it was within minutes to wineries, restaurants and shops. The condo itself was sharp, it had really nice finishes, very comfortable and good layout. It does have a full set of stairs to get to the main living area and then another set of stairs to get to the bedrooms, it wasn't an issue for us but not may not be ideal for some. The communication with True North, the property management company was excellent, they were very responsive. We would stay here...

「What we liked was the location. To shops in town and restaurants. Things that should be improved. The lighting in the kitchen was horrid cobwebs around the lights. The water pressure taking a shower was not good. Since this is a dog friendly location. It would be best if the carpets were ripped up and just wood floor be put down. The carpet was dirty and covered up with a rug」

「This is a wonderful place to stay, very clean. We did not see any staff either day we were there and could not find any ice. But with the access to private beach it was awesome.」

「The bed wasn't comfortable and we struggled to find a comfortable temperature setting. Other than that, everything was great.」

「Hotel was clean and comfortable. The only reason we are giving a 4 star is because when we arrived early we were told our room would be ready at a certain time and it still was not ready at that time.」

「Brio beach in is an amazing find. Great location, gorgeous beach, bonfire pit for cozy summer nights. Also the continental breakfast was a great surprise! The rooms are smaller but updated! Loved my stay!」
