Sunset Paradise - Spacious Home & Amazing Views

Welcome to the lovely Sunset Paradise, a gem located in the heart of Lake Lure, NC. This 2900sqf, 2 story vacation home presents a breathtaking Lake Lure and mountain views. This home offers 4 bedrooms, including 2 master suites, 3 1/2 bathrooms, 2 fire places, large and small game rooms, 2 level enormous decks with hot tub, fire pit, gas grill and more!! The well-equipped kitchen affords a family cooking and dinning experience. This home is ready to host all of your vacation needs.

The Indoor

Sunset Paradise has an open floor plan. The great room with high vaulted ceiling is flooded with natural light from glass wall, where you can sit on the couches to chat with family and friends, watch TV, feel the fireplace or appreciate the view of Lake Lure. The modern, open layout kitchen is equipped with all your cooking and dinning needs, with high end cookware, coffee grinder, coffee maker, blender, a dining table able to seat up to 10 people and plenty of dishes, silverware, glass, mugs…

The main level offers ~TWO MASTER SUITES~ both of which have their own private bathrooms and access to the large deck as well. Both have king size beds, walk-in closets and in the generous master suite there are double sinks and a jacuzzi tub with a huge closet.

On the lower level you will find 2 bedrooms, one room has 2 queen beds and the other room has one queen bed, both of which share a bathroom. All bedrooms come equipped with a wall mounted smart television.

On the lower level there is a large game room offering a pool table, foos ball table, and another fire place. There is also a small game room with a table and 4 chairs for poker or card games. There are plenty of games in the house to play.

Fiber 1 GIG super fast internet will provide everyone in your family a great internet experience.

The Outdoor

There are 2 level enormous decks totaling 2500sqf for your out-door activities. On the upper deck there is a 5-person hot tub, a gas lit fire pit, a large dining table and chairs that can seat 6 people, a gas grill and lounge chairs for sunbathing. Standing on the deck, you will feel you become disappeared in the beautiful surroundings. If you look carefully, Chimney Rock is right across the lake on the mountains. The upper deck is accessible from the door in the living room as well as from both master bedrooms. The lower deck is a favorite place in the hot summer time. There is a swing and chairs for you to chill on. Lower deck is accessible from 2 glass sliding doors.

There is guest access to the community marina below the neighborhood which offers a picnic table, and water access to canoe, swim, fish, etc. It is a 5 minute walk down the neighborhood. PLEASE NOTE: this home is not lake front and you do not have boat dock access.

You can park 2 cars on the lower driveway. You can also park a car in front of the entrance door.
