「Nicely remodeled hotel, very clean. Comfortable beds. Breakfast was good. Staff friendly and helpful. Will stay here again.」

「The house was nice. Bed was very comfortable. Nice fenced back yard. Well equipped kitchen. Plenty of beds for bigger groups. On the Main Street McGrath so you have a lot of food choices and shopping. Close to University. My only negative was it was cold. Heat worked good but when it reached temperature and went off it was cold quickly maybe not insulated very good.Could have been vacuumed better and floor mopped better. I vacuumed up the dust on the floor. Everything else was nice.」

「We stayed here for Spring 2024 UA graduation. It’s a short drive to campus. The neighborhood is very quiet, though Main Ave is a little busy during the day. The best quality of the house is that everything (I mean everything) is recently updated and clean. Beds are memory foam and very comfortable. A/C works well so it was cool. 「Property is a lovely historic home with large spacious rooms. We rented the property for my daughter’s wedding weekend and the bridesmaids all came to have hair and makeup done before the wedding. The photographers got some lovely shots of the bridal party on the back deck with its magical trellis and pretty yard. The host was very attentive and responded quickly to questions. They thought of small details to add to your stay.」
