The main deck has two sets of patio dining tables that seat a total of 8, lounge chairs, and a hot tub. The lower deck has a bistro table that seats 4. HOT TUB: The hot tub cover must be kept on the hot tub when it is not being used to maintain the water temperature and keep the water as clean as possible. Failure to keep the cover on when the hot tub is not in use will result in an additional cleaning charge of $50.
