"Aside from a misunderstanding housekeeping, it wasn't bad. Three different individuals with the housekeeping department came by and tried to enter the house a day before check out. Two of the three did not speak English, so communication with them was nonexistent. The 3rd individual, insisted that we should have been gone, even though it was a day prior to our scheduled check-out date. "Overall, great place to relax among the trees and wildlife in a quiet cove off the main channel. Pool was great, clean and swimming with the view of the lake.Coffee make didn't work and the staff handled that right away. Super friendly. Would stay here again!"

"We have been coming to the Ozarks for 20 years and using VRBO each time. This property was big, spacious, and extremely clean/updated. The kitchen was well stocked. The bedrooms and bathrooms were big and comfortable. There was lots of parking, we have never had a garage to park in. There is enough room for a trailer. The deck is nice and big. There were plenty of supplies so we did not have to bring as much. The owners were very responsive and thought of many things to make the stay...

"We love staying here. We've met the family both times we've stayed there. They are so nice. It is a great spot. I just wish it was a little bigger. It is really only for 3 people. A couch with a bed it would be great. "

"The Chalet is decorated very nicely, bedrooms & baths were very comfortable. Patio & dock were where we spent most of our time. They are a bit dilapidated need to be repaired very soon, but we enjoyed them nevertheless swimming and fishing were both two thumbs up."

"Let me start off by saying we did enjoy our stay at this property. We loved the location since it was next to Shady gators and H toads which we enjoyed. The draw backs to this place for us was the exterior up keep such as over grown vegitation and general exterior mantinance. Also be warned if u have a big truck or any pwc trailers it may be tough to manage the very steep drive and parking area. "Great location on the lake with close access to bars, restaurants, and golf. Worked great for our group of guys for a golf trip. Good lake access with ability to swim right off the dock. Everything was clean and fairly newly renovated. Easy check-in and out process"

"We had the best time on this trip. We had 2 families staying and had plenty of room. The pool was AMAZING! Like others have said the driveway is steep so just be careful walking up and down if its wet outside. Views were great, amenities we great...zero complaints."

"This is a really wonderful property! Check in was so easy and everyone was extremely friendly. Grounds are beautiful and well maintained. A lot of amenities and while the rooms are a little dated they were clean and very well maintained. Lived the lake view from our spacious balcony! Would stay again!"

"Wonderful property! We enjoyed the house, the yard, and the fabulous dock. We had plenty of room for our family. The kitchen had everything we needed to prep and feed our crew for the week. The furnishings were amazing. The paddle boards, fire pit, and hot tub added to the fun, This house checked all the boxes for a large family vacation!"

"This condo is BEAUTIFUL!! It was not just clean, it was immaculate. The decor was perfect for being on the lake. Everything was very comfortable. The screened in balcony has seating and a table, perfect for early mornings and coffee as well as relaxing time to enjoy the gorgeous view. You can also see fireworks at night over the lake. The pools are lots of fun and Victoria has pool noodles and a raft! Everything you need for cooking is there. The table for dining is perfect. I cannot say enough about this condo. It is gorgeous and perfect! Communication with Victoria before and during our stay was very easy. She is an AMAZING host. There is a very organized binder with everything you need to know, not just about the condo itself (e.g., check-in, check-out) but also local places to visit, restaurants, shopping, etc. Basically, you cannot go wrong with this condo!"
