「We didn’t receive any info about check in. Poor communication from host. Was given the address and we couldn’t find it. The place with that address was a different hotel. Had to call and finally cancelled. 」

「We have stayed here half dozen times and there is great care in maintaining the grounds but the rooms are looking worn and tired. Pictures may be outdated at this point. Our sofa had a tear in it. The carpet is worn and needing either a deep clean or total replacement. Mold along the baseboards in bathroom. Well equipped room just some general neglect and standard cleaning is not addressing these things. Prices may be escalating and although the property is great the rooms will need some help...

「This was everything it advertised to be! We even had a perfect view of the Silver Dollar City fireworks and drone show from the comfort of the back porch. The hosts were easy to work with and communicated quickly. In all the units, there is a main floor and a downstairs--no upstairs. In the big house, one of the Queen bedrooms is only accessible through the bedroom with 3 Queens. One of the two pools in the resort was closed so it made the one pool a little crowded. 「We rented the three properties as one. It worked out great for a family reunion consisting of Great Grandmother, Grandparents, grown children and their families, and other aunts uncles and cousins.
