「Very nice, clean and updated. Staff were very pleasant and helpful. Did need better lighting in the vanity area. It would have been nice to have chairs in the room, all they had were short stools.」

「The cleaning crew didn't do a good job at all before we got there. There was stuff on the floor on the upstairs bathroom and the sheets on the downstairs bedroom were nasty. I took pictures of the sheets but it didn't turn out really good because of the color of the sheets. The upstairs bathroom had to be plunged several times and the sink takes forever to drain. We were disappointed because we stay in this cabin every time we come to Branson.」

「The location was really great. Nice views and lake access. The hot tub was wonderful and the kitchen was well appointed. There was even wood for the fireplace which was nice. The only minor issues we had were the master bedroom faced the street and had very thin shades so there was lots of light coming in from the street. We switched to the smaller queen sized bedroom facing the lake and it was much better. The water was very hard and had an odd smell. I would recommend a water softener and a...

「When checking in the staff was great. Stay was relaxing. Only downside was the carpeted floors in the bunk bed room. Appears the carpet under the beds has not been vacuumed in a bit with the dust, dead bugs and cobwebs. Had my wife not dropped an ear ring, would never have noticed so not a big thing. 」
