“It’s a bit shame that we checked in at 5:30 pm and the covers are on the floor. Luckily we didn't check in late otherwise it might take longer time to do the beds. Hope it won’t be happened to next booking stays for the rest of people.”

“My wife and I very much enjoyed our stay at the Ozarker Lodge. We found the room to be clean, updated, and the lobby/lounge area to be a great place to spend time with family. The breakfast was not what you'd expect at a hotel traditionally in America, but included items like overnight oats, hard boiled eggs, bagels, cereal, and fruit (no scrambled eggs or bacon, no waffles or pancakes, etc.). “Our 2 bdr unit was huge and had two balconies as well as an in unit washer-dryer with detergent provided - we enjoyed both of those features. The unit was outdated and could use a refresh but was otherwise good. The one balcony was adjacent to the transit center where buses going to Gunnison and downtown Crested Butte were standing and idling their engines which made it unpleasant to stay out there. The furniture on the balconies was dusty/dirty and not amenable to sit on either. The location is……
