"The room was disgusting. Stained rugs, odor in the room, cigarette ashes on the lamp shades. Broken outlets, holes in walls, door was broken and latch was loose."

"Not only was the place far from what it said it was but it filthy and to top i off we checked in and then went out for a few hours and came back to someone else in our bedroom, they gave our room to this person and didnt check to see if it was in use, and then proceed to tell us they couldnt give another romm cause they were full"

"Room was very clean, staff were extra polite, our pet was accommodated ( very supportive ), air conditioning was a little loud and older."
