“Jesse gave all necessary info about check-in and check-out with ample time in advance. Everything that we need in the house worked.Kitchen had everything we needed to host our big group. Rooms were spacious, AC was plentiful, and lots of blankets towels. Figuring out how to get hot water in the showers was difficult, but there are showers with like 3 different heads so 1 of them always worked at least. Loved the hot tub and lake access - that is unbeatable! Downsides were that the basement was……

The house is nicely arranged for accommodating couples, families, and individuals, and provides a comfortable spot for spending relaxing time on beautiful Hat Island. “House accommodated our family of 5 nicely and everyone had their own bathroom. Kitchen had everything we needed, but it didn’t have a toaster. All the beds were very comfortable. Having the river, really close to the back yard, was a major plus. We utilized the fire pit and hot tub and experienced no problem with these amenities. The washer seems to only stain whites, not colors. We reported the ice maker did not work properly and so we just bought ice instead. We feel the house could benefit……
