「Property was great! Staff was not very pleasant. They had a hard time checking us in because we paid through Expedia. 」

「We spent one night for a quick trip through town. The room was clean, spacious, and adequate for our needs. We did not visit the pool area. The lobby/dining area was not as clean and inviting as I would’ve liked but we didn’t spend enough time there to be bothered by it. I would stay there again and would recommend. 」

「The property was nice and quiet. The only issues I had was the ice machine only worked on the 4th floor and no one ever had change if you were paying in cash. There was an Issue with booking thru Travelocity. There was an outstanding balance of $44 at check in. I had never experienced this before. Hotel staff said they would contact them to resolve the matter. 」

「The setting of the house is so peaceful. The house is lovely. It was equipped with everything we could have ever needed. It is very clean and comfortable. Just a few miles into Heflin, where there are grocery stores and more. I highly recommend staying there. You will not regret it.」
