Nestled in the historic Dixieland district of Lakeland, this charming home is just a short walk from some of the area’s best bakeries, restaurants, and entertainment.



This 1-bedroom, 1-bathroom home features a king bed, a fully equipped kitchen & a washer and dryer conveniently located on the first floor of the duplex. Guests have access to one dedicated parking spot, with additional parking available just a block away.
