「Didn’t like the mixed responses of employees regarding charges to our room. First employee without hesitation allowed my purchase to be charged to the room. Second employee flatly stated to me that they were not allowed to charge anything to rooms. When I saw a different employee that evening, I asked upfront if my purchase could be charged to my room. The answer was an emotionless one-word “no”.」
