Communication with the host through WhatsApp worked really well, but before arrival the communication via Hotels.com didn’t work properly – some of my messages didn’t go through, and vice versa. 「Amazing clean property in a fantastic location within walking distance to everything! Comfortable bed and although facing the street it was surprisingly quiet. Very polite and welcoming staff especially to the young man at reception. Showed us to our double room and when we mentioned we had an early check out, he arranged a takeaway breakfast bag. We also had the wrong charging adapter and we were able to borrow one. We used the 10% off at the restaurant opposite and would definitely recommend. 」
