At first glance, it may resemble a motel from the outside, but as soon as you step into your room, you're transported into a world of luxury and elegance. 「Be careful of poor communication. Expect that no one will be there to hear and help you in case you need assistance. They should have good effcetive communication at least during the stay. I liked the surroundings but hotel could improve in their professional and responsible compnents. 」

「Excellent location. Easy to get around with the Melbourne Central Station of the free city tram in walking distance. State Library is also 3-5 minutes walk away. Just the washing machines in the self laundry are not clean for use if you happen to need the service.」

「The hotel room is modern and cozy, however the soundproof is terrible as I can almost hear everything from my next door, and the door of shower does not sealed properly so there is always a flood after each shower. I commented this to the staffs when I was checking out, and apparently it is a known issue if you are unlucky enough as myself to get one of the connected rooms without any prior notification.」
