“We loved everything about this place. So much so that we almost want to keep it a secret: The location is great (in the hillside above Florence), the space is amazing with high-quality furniture and materials, and the hosts are super friendly and accommodating. The whole place and guest experience are designed with great care and attention to detail. We felt right at home and would return in a heartbeat. If there was one point of critique: I wish the listing had made clear the additional cost……

“Superb location - close to restaurants, train station, and Arvo River. Kitchen has all necessary items and tupperware for cooking. Extra duvets for beds, and the AC on both floors were super appreciated. Host was quick at replying.”

“Carlos greeted us at the property and ensured we knew where everything was in the residence which was well equipped, very clean and next door to a grocery store. Carlos also recommended a great beach called the American Beach nearby and a fabulous Italian restaurant which I lost the receipt for but the food was excellent and incredibly reasonable. Carlos and Silvana are great hosts and deserving of their rating as Superhosts. Would recommend them to anyone staying in the area. ”

“A very nice property that serves a great purpose as a base to visit the sights around, as well as not too far from the sea. The only negative is the WiFi was patchy and seemed to favour the side of the house where you spend less time, but all in all a great property for the price.”
