"Enjoyed our stay at this Hotel situated near everything train station old town etc. The bed was comfortable and the staff were very helpful needed to change from a double bed room to a twin room and did it without any fuss. Breakfast was good lots of choice. Overall it was good."

"I stayed in this hotel over the weekend of F1 racing in Spa-Francorchamps. Very nice hotel in a wonderfully peaceful part of Netherlands (close to the borders with Belgium and Germany). Large room, comfortable bed, big, clean and luminous bathroom. The breakfast was nothing short of outstanding. Quite family friendly hotel, not cheap, but a good deal anyway. The area is kind of bucolic, agricultural land, which however lies some 10 minutes (driving) from Vaals, 20 from Aachen, and some 40 minutes from Maastricht."

"Fine place. Caution that anyone with mobility constraints should stay elsewhere due to the very steep staircases. The studio room was fine albeit no small refrigerator. The twin beds pushed into a double made for a quite uncomfortable sleep. But the location is good, staff very nice, and well maintained."

"Wonderful place to stay while getting oriented to the city. Everyone was very nice and helpful, and our family of four felt comfortable and at home. Location is perfect—train station and restaurants right nearby; easy walk to city center—and the hostel itself has plenty of pleasant spaces to land Definitely a lot of stairs (on the steep/short tread depth side), which caught us off-guard with heavy luggage, but we managed and it was definitely worth it. Accessibility issues could be challenging at other times."

"The hotel was excellent. Staff was wonderful. We loved the hotel. The greatest amenity was it was so close to everything that you could walk to a different café every day you were there. Next time we come to Maastricht we will definitely book this hotel again. Can’t say enough good things about the staff the amenities and the location."

"Beautiful, older hotel that needs some TLC. Very friendly staff who are always there to help. The room was relatively clean but is desperate for a make over.....it's showing its age. The hotel decor is quite old fashioned with lots of dark wood and old furniture but still very comfortable. Unfortunately, it's not very good value for money. We stayed for 2 nights which were really quite expensive but it was during an Andre Reiu concert weekend so it's only to be expected. The location is ideal for train travellers, which we were, being literally 100 yards from the station. However, it's on the wrong side of the river for the beautiful old town of Maastricht and the big square where the concert is....about 25 minute slow walk. Would we return? Absolutely."
