The room is small but makes brilliant use of space. I like how the door to the bathroom is also the door to the shower. Genius! The vending machine in the lobby gives you access to conversion plugs, contraceptives, and great snacks too. The staff members are friendly and super helpful. If you’re traveling as one person (or a cozy couple), it is an excellent choice.

I liked that the hotel was located a walking distance from restaurants and entertainment. The hotel staff was very helpful and offered recommendations on dining and places to visit. Best of all: You don't pay for all the extra amenities that you'll probably never use in a regular hotel. The rooms were nice and comfortable.

Short stay visit

No frills hotel but with clean comfortable rooms it's all thats needed for a short city break. Comfortable bed and drawers mod and snacks available in reception. Great budget hotel.

When I checked in the first room they have me hadn’t been cleaned yet but as soon as I told them they gave me a different room with no issues so no complaints. The room was small, but clean and a nice view of the river. Lots of restaurants and cafes around the hotel. Good value for money and would stay there again

First visit to Maastricht and the easyhotel. Hotel was excellent very friendly welcome on arrival and very helpful. Room was really nice overlooking the river. Would certainly come again and recommend it to anyone

Comfortable with basic facilities

Excellent location for my needs, on the edge of the old town and a short walk across the river to the station. Basic but comfortable room as with all Easy hotels - nothing in the rook refreshment wise or such as hairdryers but warm in what was snowy, cold weather.

Hotel is very convenient for the Andre Rieu concert and city roaming. Room is clean and everything works. Only inconvenience is that there is only machine coffee or tea in the foyer and there are no restaurants open for breakfast before 10:am near the hotel, once more the hotel staff could not tell me where I could get coffee and breakfast at 9:00 am.

It's greatly located near the main sights. The room is really minimalistic (beds, toilet, shower, tiny bedside shelves) but clean and quiet. The clerk kindly allowed us to store our luggage until the check in time for free (although the website said we had to pay extra which would have been unpleasant. Beds were comfortable and the curtains were great in blocking the light coming from small windows.

Convenient location basic room

Its a minimalistic room good for couple of night stay. Clean but not keþle and such. Coffee achine in d lobby accepts only conins which hardly anybody carries with them nowadays. Area vey nice with loads of restaurants just 10 min to the station. Very convenient.

Very small room with nowhere to set anything. We had a twin room. If we had suitcases larger than our carry-on, there wouldn’t have been sny room. One twin bed was against the wall so seemed even smaller. The floors were tile.

For a couple we got room 223. It was very small, the bed was not convenient, the pillows were not soft which gave us neck hurt and the bed was in fornt of the toilet/bathroom. That was not convenient if we are talking about privacy. The room i got before, i think it was 209 was much better for a couple. Would be good to give couples a much bigger room with the toilet and bathroom behind it instead of infront of the bed. Room 223 would be good for one person. Not for two.

Massively overpriced

I have never paid so much for so little. No drawers, ridiculously tiny area to hang clothes. Thin thin towels, one each only. Soap dispenser and nothing else. Needless to say the bed and the room were small with one hard pillow each. The room was not serviced during our 3 day stay. No restaurant thus no breakfast facility. The only saving grace is it’s location by the river and close to old Maastricht and the three staff we met made it all tolerable.

Dark dungeon with mo windows-not a room.

Can tou really call a hotel room - small, dark, smelly and dirty 12square meters for 3 people? What a disaster. Pretty pricey one. 150eur per night might have been spent much better. No space in room, no hairdryer, not even bottle of water. Hot water for 1Eur im a lobby from Nespresso machine. But what was the worst is that there NO window of any kind. You feel like in prison, so this place is the last one you would like to be in. Never again!

on arrival the staff had us store our luggage in lockers which all hotels that we have stayed in offer luggage storage until check-in - there was no coffee or tea available in our room- the coffee machine in the foyer was available if you had the exact change to operate it - Rented bikes during our stay- I rode a bike with a faulty lock that caught in the spokes and caused me to fall and I had a serious hematoma on my leg. We have not heard back from the manager concerning this accident - he was to be in touch with me after he talked with the bike company - to date I have not heard from him which now has been 1 1/2 weeks since our conversation.
