“There was no hot water. We came down to Eugene for a concert and our plan was to get ready at the home before the show. To our dismay, we found out there was no hot water and were forced to use a teakettle for warm water.
We were in a rush to get to the show so we didn’t get a chance to reach out to the host immediately but did contact them later. I never heard back about our concerns.
We spent nearly $400 for a one night stay And we’re very disappointed at the overall appearance of the home……

“Lots of room for the eight of us. Teens and adults enjoyed the ping pong, foosball, and darts. The kitchen was well stocked. Fun to take the trails along the river. Rose garden was beautiful. Only one tv and it’s small. We wanted to use our fire stick to watch the college World Series and that was challenging. Overall a great rental. We plan to try to book it again next year.”
