「This is a real gem. It is small but very accomodating. Love seeing the families enjoy themselves and seeing everyone walking their dogs. Very friebdly. Wish it hadn’t rain but our daughter still had a great time at the game room and the free ice cream. Wish the ac worked better in the game room amd bathrooms but they were not terrible so I still give them a good review. 「Was able to use the amenities on the resort, as all the workers were so nice. Room was very nice but the overhead shower didn’t work. Luckily had an extra shower head we could use. My best friend and I decided to make this a yearly trip the first week of June so be ready for next summer!」

「Get away from the hustle and bustle of Williamsburg and stay here! A very seamless and quick (free) car ferry ride across the James to get to Busch Gardens and Jamestown. This place is great for families. There is even a basketball hoops the kids enjoyed! Lots of space to move and very quiet and serene. We tried 2/3 restaurants in town, both good. Neighbors were friendly and lots of charm. Amanda was fabulous to work with during our stay.」

「Our grandchildren came for several visits and overnights. It was great. The cottage is very user friendly and was quiet. The surrounding areas uncluding paddock was a bonus for our Shetland sheepdogs. The walking trails were fine. We had a fantastic stay.」

「Stayed in the Deluxe Cabin with my significant other, in-laws, and two dogs. The porch was equipped with a large picnic table and two chairs with an umbrella. Inside was two bedrooms, a bathroom, and small living area with fridge and microwave. Everything was clean and neat. Peter was a great at answering my questions and very friendly.
