「Staff where very friendly, but it was a maze to get to the room, clearer signs need to be put up to direct people to their rooms. Due to warm weather it would have been ideal for the rooms to have A/C」

「Two bulbs were not working so clothes unit and te a are were in the dark.The bathroom rack was red rusty where the towels were placed.Bathroom shelf was chipped all way along the edge.Needs repairs.」

「Impressive building with lovely grounds; however unfortunately our room did not live up to the same standard with wine bottles & beer cans left at the door on entry, along with the odour from the previous guests takeaway. Thankfully the staff were able to accommodate a different room for our stay, but it is worth noting the rooms both shared a rather tired appearance and we left a little deflated bearing in mind the room rate.」

The restaurant was excellent in the evenings. The location is fantastic with wonderful views of the beautiful Peak countryside.」

「We only stayed for 1 night with our dogs, the grounds of the hotel are stunning with lovely views. We were only given 1 bottle of water for our room, when booking I was advised the additional supplement for pets would ensure plenty water in the room, this was not the case but we had plenty with us anyway so didn't see the point in mentioning it. 「前台服務員專業有禮，特别是 Nathan 表現親切。但房間的 整潔程度需要改善，被安排一間壞了空調的房間，不能提供房間更換，只退回20%房費及送兩杯飲品作補償(酒店的回贈還算合理)， 另外一提: 早餐廳部份服務員禮貌及態度極需要改善。但我們是希望有個好的住宿體驗，但今次未能達到。」
