「The room was dated, but it was clean and the bed was comfortable. A little road noise. This was a good value for the money and served it's purpose keeping us close to the college.」

「We definetly enjoyed our stay here they have a Meijer close by as well for convenience in case you forgot to bring something you can walk and go get it if needed.」

「Service was great. Room was a bit old, but in good condition and clean. No room coffee, but they offer it in the front lobby. Free breakfast we did not check out, in front lobby no kitchenette. Room did have refrigerator and microwave. Good for an overnight stay. 」

「Apparently they don't use Expedia and I had to pay more than what was posted and reserved. Then he informs me that the only room he had the heat is broken. Offered to give me a heater...a small one at that.. accepted the offer went in the room....tv doesn't work and the water doesn't work either. And to top things off he required a deposit. I ended up requesting a refund and couldn't get another room elsewhere because the return wasn't immediate」

「The staff at the front dest are super accommodating and kind. Quiet resting spot close to restaurants and Frankenmuth also has a laundry on location.」

「I liked the area where the hotel was. The staff was friendly and helpful. The rooms seemed alittle outdated but adequate. 」

「Air conditioner did not work. Immediately brought it to staffs attention and within 5 minutes they got me a so much more comfortable room. Thanks guys」

「Older hotel needs remodeling 」

「For one they didn’t give me the right room it was nasty as all get out dirty dirty dirty! I was so upset but it was so late I had no choice I’m upset as hell wasted money to visit family n it looked very nice in the pics then got there and didn’t get my hot tub room and they wouldn’t change it」

「The room was a non-smoking room, but based on the smell of the room, somebody was smoking in it. The room looked unkept. There was a hole on the bathroom door and holes on the bathroom wall. The comforter was dirty. I was going to stay and paid for 2 nights, but decided not to. 」

「Place was clean and well accommodated. Host was thoughtful and checked in with us. We were very pleased with the care put into this place. Would definitely return.」

「Beds were comfortable, nice size rooms and dining table nice size for us to play games. Sorry about the cut grass being brought into house by us and maintenance guy when he fixed sink in kitchen. He was fast. You can’t sneak around because the squeaky floors give you away but that’s what you expect from an older house in town 😊」
