"A I've stayed at dozens of rentals and Dil was my favorite host ever. We felt right at home. Clean, safe, quiet, pet/kid-friendly... everything we were looking for and more. We loved the donkeys, pony, bird-watching, thoughtful treats and coffee/tea selection. We loved it so much that we are already planning our next stay. Thanks, Dil!"

"Stay was fine but upon checkin, I told them I needed to check out a day early. They said fine, but since I booked thru Hotels.com, I would have to get the cancellation of 1 of the 5 days from them (note that this was 5 days advance notice of cancellation of 1 day). Summary: Hotels.com contacted Home2Suites Flower Mound and my cancellation request was rejected. 5 days notice and it was denied. Shockingly bad customer care."

"The house is amazing and amenities can't be beat. We did have to reach out to the property manager for some help with a few things so I would suggest a house manual that people can read to help answer some questions. The property manager was very responsive and quick. The outside looked unkept, but the lawn maintenance came the very next morning and was able to clean it up to acceptable for our use. It's a great place and we will be back."

"Could not adjust thermostats and was very cold entire stay. Property facing a very busy 4 lane street so there is vehicular noise all day and night. Upstairs patio doors poorly fitted so noise is more pronounced. Steep narrow staircase to upstairs bedrooms. One of the double sinks in en-suite was stopped and would not drain."
