Lapland Ski Hotel

"The staff were so wonderful and helpful it made my Solo travel experience one of the most memorable trips ever. The location was perfect and I would recommend this hotel to anyone. I would consider this the BEST hotel in Rovaniemi, Finland. "

"If is centrally located, with good parking. Rooms are clean, pool is dated and water is cold, fridge was not working and because of that a lot of our food went bad. "

"Ok room. Thought i had booked a room inside the hotell, but we were placed behind the hotell in some kompleks. Asked for an upgrade but the price was very high during the easter. Good breakfast and friendly staff "

"The room was clean, but during the winter conditions, you should have the options to at least have your room swept. Front desk staff was not very friendly. Furniture in the lobby was not anything we would sit on. The most disappointing part was the shower. The shower head did not stay up, so you had to use the hand held head, the water ran out of the bottom of the shower stall, so you had to squeegee the water back under the shower door after you had to get wet, lather and then rinse off in there different steps. The location was not bad it was less than a 10 minute walk to the city center."
