“The whole hotel was clean and fresh. Rooms were clean and spacious. The staff were friendly and very pleasant. We will definitely be staying here again when we are in the area. ”

“Staff were not friendly. Woke up to the maid vacuuming outside our door, figured I’d get breakfast. Opened my door and the maid almost hit me with the vacuum then proceeded to vacuum near my feet so I couldn’t walk out of my room. I stood there patiently and wasn’t even acknowledged. Staff didn’t look happy to be there at all, possible management issue? I don’t know. For that reason alone, we won’t be back. ”

“I love that every morning the breakfast was served in an adorable picnic basket at our door. Croissants, apples, and orange juice. The room was very clean and the staff at the front desk were very friendly and helpful. We came Xmas week and it’s so beautifully decorated and was very quiet, surprisingly. The pool and pool chairs were not crowded. It’s definitely on the quiet side which we loved!”
