「staff at the front desk need to be more welcoming, lack of good customer services. No offer of luggage service to our room. The room location was not step free, it was outside the main build and it was raining, be careful of the slippery tiles 」

「View was good the breakfast was fresh and best of the is customer service and hospitality never seen better. The front desk staff kind knowledgeable and helpful with a smile. The sea is amazing and the sea food excellent.」

「The Best Western Plus Larco Hotel is overrated. It's outside the city center (30 to 40 minutes on foot), the rooms are tiny and certainly not what you would expect of a hotel that is rated 4 stars, the breakfast is ordinary and repetitive. They also have a nickel and dime attitude that is deplorable. As an example, they give you one litre of water the first day that you arrive, but want you to pay for it starting on the second day. Considering the cost of the tiny hotel room, that's nothing...
