The staff was great, especially Coreen, she went above and beyond, finding us bakery items we were looking for in town! She noticed it was my birthday, had a special surprise cake at breakfast! She even brought a laptop for us to check in at the airport and helped us! The hotel was clean, and they made you feel at home! Will definitely come back!」

We followed the hotel instruction of throwing toilet paper into the dustbin instead of toilet. The unpleasant odour might come from the toilet paper in dustbin or the sewage pipes. Other than this problem, we are very satisfied with the room.」
